Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Deposits must be paid within the stated time frame or the appointment may be released.

If you cancel or reschedule, the deposit may be forfeited.

The remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment/service.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the loss of your deposit.

No-call/no-show appointments will forfeit the deposit.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a new deposit or prepayment.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Additional information may be requested when necessary to verify the appointment.

Appointments may be declined or canceled if information provided cannot be verified.
